I am currently listening to DON’T BELIEVE EVERYTHING YOU THINK by Joseph Nguyen on audible, and I highly recommend it.  One of Nguyen’s many lines that is worth sharing is this one: Overthinking blocks Infinite Intelligence. There are a lot of things that block Infinite Intelligence, but overthinking is a very common one.

Infinite Intelligence, also known as the Universal Mind, gives us clarity, inspiration, peace and fulfillment. It is the thought and feelings that arise when we are fully present and not cluttering our minds with obsessive, striving, egoic thinking. 

Access to this amazing energy that heals, uplifts, soothes and inspires us all and no material thing or human intelligence can ever replace it. It is why I have a passion for simplicity; if we can shed much of what blocks us from Infinite Intelligence, we will live blissfully ever after.
